My favorite mug broke, and no pithy inspirational quote about how "Cracks are just there to let the Light in." is going to keep hibiscus tea from drooling all over my counter. 😭 Giraffes are my freakin' Spirit animals, Man! How could they let this happen?! 🦒 Remember that little store in Pennsylvania called the "Susquehanna Trading Post" that sold Native American gifts? That's where I got it, like a trillion years ago. It's closed now. My life is falling apart. 🤣 Haha, just kidding! Tea time.🫖 I may have diabetes under control, but my blood pressure is high again. I worked hard to ditch ALL of the medications I used to be on so I'm SUPER annoyed to be on BP meds again.😡 My friend Erica and Dr. Michael Greger both swear by hibiscus tea...which apparently beats out green tea when it comes to antioxidant power (and it's been shown to lower blood pressure). So I'm giving @tazo passion a spin for a week to see how it goes and see if it makes a difference. It tastes pretty awesome so I could get used to it daily...I'd rather drink this than rely on pharmaceuticals that's for sure.

Has anyone else found a natural way to lower blood pressure? I'm all ears.
